At Home and Away Student Services we are committed to delivering high-quality homestay accommodation and student support services in line with recognised British Council homestay guidelines and industry best practice standards.
All host families working with us undergo a detailed registration and assessment process, including home inspections, DBS and safeguarding checks, and ongoing monitoring to help ensure students experience a welcoming, comfortable, and well-managed stay throughout their programme.
We work closely with our host families, schools, and agents to maintain high standards of accommodation, communication, safeguarding, and student welfare. Our accommodation procedures and operational processes are designed around the expectations commonly associated with British Council accredited schools and centres, helping provide confidence and reassurance to our educational partners.
